Britney Spears Saved My Life is the new documentary airing on BBC starting this Sunday, July 5th, 2009.
What is the secret of Britney Spears’s intense bond with her fans? What do they get in return for their devotion and where does devotion cross over into obsession? And how does it all come together in Britain’s biggest ever mass dance tribute to Britney?
The answers to these questions, and more, can be found in this original and entertaining documentary, directed by Oscar and RTS winning filmmaker Vikram Jayanti (When We Were Kings, Game Over: Kasparov and the Machine; The Agony and the Ecstasy of Phil Spector).

Britney was seen grabbing a Frappucino yesterday, in the midst of preparing to fly out to Paris to continue The Circus Starring Britney Spears. Check out the awesome pics below!
Organisers of Britney Spears’ Australian tour have been forced to add a second Perth show to her itinerary after tickets sold out in minutes this morning.
‘The Circus Starring Britney Spears,’ incorporates a dazzling display of music, dance, magic and theatrics into one of the year’s biggest spectacles.
In Spears’ first Australian tour, nearly 50 dancers, magicians, clowns and acrobats and a travelling staff of more than 200 will travel across the country to bring the musical event to her Australian fans.
Due to massive demand across Australia, extra shows have been added in all cities.
In Sydney, two shows that went on sale at 9am today sold out, and a third show was announced.
A fourth Sydney show has now been added with tickets to go on sale next Thursday.
Spears will perform at the Burswood Dome on Friday November 6 and Saturday November 7.
Tickets to the second Perth show are still available but selling fast.

Britney beat out several other celebrities like Megan Fox, Halle Berry, Jennifer Lopez, and Eva Longoria for the number 1 spot!

Pop group One Call has just been added to the lineup of opening acts for The Circus Starring Britney Spears tour. One Call will join Ciara and Kristinia DeBarge in opening for Britney at the first nine shows of her upcoming North American tour. Yet again, we see Britney’s newest single, Radar, climing up the Pop 100 Airplay chart, peaking at number 53 this week from number 59!
We’ve just received news that New York’s Hit Radio Station, Z100, plans on releasing the song very soon and they have said that they believe Radar will definitely receive more spins than If U Seek Amy did.
According to THIS, Britney’s Circus will be staying in Australia for a little bit longer than anticipated.

THE biggest music stars on the planet are gearing up to release a Michael Jackson tribute single - and they’re using Glasto to set it in motion.
In fact Glastonbury became Jacksonbury as news of his death spread and top acts came together to talk - and plan.
Jacko’s musical friends in the States have already started discussions with pop’s big names - including Madonna, Britney Spears, Beyonce and Justin Timberlake - about the record. And Glasto stars the Black Eyed Peas (the band’s will.i.am worked with him recently), Lady GaGa and Lily Allen are expected to join them.
Girls Aloud babe Nicola Roberts told me the band were “devastated” - and committed them to the tribute.
