Today we are going to rank our favorite music videos over the past year and what impact they had on us. Once again these videos are ranked by current and former staff members of BSO!
10. From The Bottom of My Broken Heart
I still remember where I was when I first saw this video and man does it bring back a lot of good memories. After a huge album, this is the song Britney decided to leave on and we believe it was a perfect ending. This is an overall cute video and we all still love it.
9. Me Against the Music
This was a huge video first all Madonna was in it and second of it all it started off the In the Zone era! This music video was released at the beginning of my career at BSO.
How could not put Stronger in the top 10 videos? What more could you want in a video… a chair routine, Britney in the rain, and a catchy song?
7. Overprotected (Darkchild Remix)
This video has one of my favorite dance break downs and plus this music video showcases Britney’s body pretty well!
6. (You Drive Me) Crazy
It seems like yesterday this video came out… I remember sitting my English class talking to my friends about how different she looks and hot the video is. This is such a cool video since it had the Drive Me Crazy movie tie ins! Biggest regret from the video is not bidding on the original server outfit she wore at the beginning of the video!
After years of bad press, Britney came back and proved to the world that she is not going anywhere! Some of the best parts of the video are naked scenes, the Toxic “ugly” guy, and all the different Britneys.
4. I’m A Slave 4 U
This ranks as Britney’s sexiest videos of all time. Looking back at this video, reminds me how much Britney really made a lot of lives a lot better during the worst time for the United States. I honestly believe if the 9-11 attacks did not happen this would have been an even bigger song!
3. Oops!… I Did It Again
Oops cannot be ranked lower than #3 in any top 10 music videos from Britney! The iconic status of this video has people still doing the same dance moves, dressing up like Britney, and remembering almost every part of the video!
Putting Toxic above Oops was a big debate with our staff. The reasons why it ranked higher than Oops was because the song won a Grammy, 2 other videos that are like this (Break the Ice and Womanizer), and the diamond scene!
1. …Baby One More Time
This is where it all began. There are not enough reasons ever to put this video below number one. This was the debut of the girl we have all come to love and the most iconic video Britney has and will probably ever have.
