Britney Fed Up With Kevin's Partying

National Ledger reported that rumors are blazing that it is hubby Kevin Federline and his constant partying are bothering Britney. Page Six spills the dirt: Word is out in Los Angeles that Britney Spears is getting fed up with her hard-partying hubby, Kevin Federline. The underemployed dancer is said to love the nightlife, which he can now afford thanks to Spears, and often leaves wife and baby home in Malibu to party the night away with pals. His latest solo jaunt was Tuesday at Element, according to gossip Web site perezhilton.com Page Six also reports that they hear whispers of an unhappy Brit, (a rep denies any friction between the couple) and notes that Federline ditched his then-pregnant girlfriend Shar Jackson for the far wealthier Spears and then missed his son's first birthday. Plus that whole Kevin doesn't really have a job thing can't help.

The Sun reported that Britney and her hubby don’t quite seem to be singing from the same song sheet — she’s refusing to release photos of their tot but he wears one around his neck. Singer Britney, 23, wants little Preston kept out of the limelight — and even has lawyers on the case. When she arrived by private jet in LA yesterday she made sure Preston was covered in a blanket. But hubby Kevin Federline, 27, went clubbing in the city — with his son’s photo around his neck. Britney will snap!

Female First reported that Britney Spears has been asked to write a Kabbalah children's book. The sexy star - who became a follower of the mystical Jewish faith after being introduced to it by Madonna - is set to follow in the pop superstar's footsteps after reportedly being approached by representatives of the church to pen a story inspired by the religion's teachings. Madonna has already written five children's books, including 'The English Roses' and 'Yakov and the Seven Thieves', inspired by her Kabbalah beliefs and Britney, who recently gave birth to son Sean Preston, is said to be keen on the idea.

TeenHollywood.com reported that Britney Spears has rubbished husband Kevin Federline's hopes of becoming a pop star - and laughed at his first recorded efforts in the studio. According to a report in In Touch Weekly magazine, Federline - who met the singer when he danced on one of her tours - was hurt by his spouse's response to his attempts to sing. The magazine quotes an insider who claims Federline's songs were "greeted with hurtful laughter from his superstar wife, who was unimpressed". The insider adds, "She said his debut CD might sell 'a hundred, maybe a thousand' copies if he was lucky... Kevin looked really hurt."

Good luck finding any more leaked images of Britney Spears and her baby — the fan site that originally published them on Friday has since taken them down, as Spears' reps are livid. They issued a statement saying that the images were stolen and that anyone who publishes, sells or "otherwise exploits" the images would be subject to legal ramifications for infringement of copyright, invasion of privacy and unauthorized commercial use of the name and images of the Federline family. Meanwhile, the webmaster for TangibleBrit.com has taken the photos down and replaced the images with a big "Sorry." ... Spears' ex Justin Timberlake tells "Access Hollywood" in an interview airing Monday (October 24) that the photo theft is "a little crazy." "When a person like her, who's obviously a sweet person, is having their first child, it's like, 'Leave the girl alone, let her have the baby!' " Timberlake said this just proves the hunt for celebrity photos is out of control. "I do think that's crossing the line. That's her baby and those are her baby pictures," he told the show.

I usually never make personal comments here but I thought I would just share my personal thoughts about the this weekend and everything around Britney's baby photo being stolen on my personal blog. You can be read what I said on yesterday on my blog at RajivDoshi.com: It's been a crazy 24 hours with pictures of Britney Spears' baby Sean leaking onto her fan sites on Friday. And then Britney's team quickly issued an extremely strong press release stating the pictures were infact stolen and legal action will be taken. We will need to wait and see what happens over the next few days with that. Media coverage of this exploded Friday night into Saturday. Google News is currently showing that 233 news sites that have covered this story. My site own site, BritneySpears.org has seen an almost record amount of visitors on Saturday with 125,000 visitors which much more then our normal 20-25,000 range. USA Today reports With the headline "SORRY" emblazoned across the top, TangibleBrit.com, a Britney Spears fan site, apologized over the weekend after posting her 1-month-old baby's photos, which were circulating on the Internet. On Friday, representatives for Spears, 24, said pictures of Spears, baby Sean Preston and father Kevin Federline, 27, were stolen "during a private photo shoot." The New York Daily News reported last week that the singer planned to sell the pictures to a magazine but changed her mind. The photographs made it onto other fan sites, including WorldOfBritney.com and BritneySpears.org. The sites took them down after Spears' representatives threatened legal action. A brief explanation on TangibleBrit.com said the photos were sent anonymously and added: "This website will be down for ever how long it will take to have this serious wrongdoing over with." Other sites also yanked the images and posted apologies.

The Post Chronicle reports Pop-Tart Britney Spears has cried foul and threatened to take legal action after pictures of her newborn son popped up on the Internet, apparently stolen from a private photo shoot. At least two Web sites showed photos of Spears embracing her child, as well as a family portrait. A statement released late Friday by Spears' record label, Jive Records, said the photos were swiped from a private photo session. "Anyone who publishes, sells or otherwise exploits any of these images in any way will be subject to liability and damages for willful infringement of copyright, and will be liable for invasion of privacy," the statement read. Pictures of Britney Spears' month-old tot were stolen from a private photo shoot and posted on the web, her spokesperson said. Britney, 23, gave birth to son Sean Preston in September but has kept a low profile since then, preferring to keep the baby away from prying photographers. The photos include the glowing singer lying cheek to cheek with the dark-haired baby, and another shows newly-shorn proud dad Kevin Federline with his son. NY Daily News Britney Spears' brand new baby boy was supposed to make his public debut in a splashy, big bucks magazine photo spread. Instead, the world got its first look at Sean Preston on the Web yesterday, as Spears' spokeswomen charged they "were recently stolen." "Anyone who publishes, sells or otherwise exploits any of these images in any way will be subject to liability and damages for wilful infringement of copyright," they warned in a statement. Too late. The photos are already on the unofficial Spears fan Web site britneyspears.org with the words "Tangiblebrit" partially obscuring young Sean's handsome face in one of the shots. How tangiblebrit.com got them is anybody's guess - their link was down last night. The photos were taken by renowned photographer Mark Liddell and his spokesman did not return a call for comment. The original plan was for Spears to sell her baby pictures to the highest bidder. But in recent days, Spears "freaked out" and had a change of heart about selling them to magazines like People or OK! which were reported to be offering millions for the snaps. Now that they're already on the Internet, for all practical purposes they hold only sentimental value for Spears and son. All the same, they're sweet, sweet pictures. Newly shorn proud poppa Kevin Federline appears in just one of them with his son. The other five on the Web feature the glowing - and very blonde - mom hugging and smooching her son.

Britney adn Kevin ate at Moonshadows, one of Britney's favorite restaurants, on October 15. A little old but they are thanks to our affilate Lime-Light and used with permission. Photographs of iconic female stars, including Britney Spears, Deborah Harry, Sarah Jessica Parker and Anna Kournikova will go under the hammer at London auction house Bonham's later today (21OCT05). The pictures, shot by legendary photographer David LaChapelle, are expected to raise $288,000. A spokesman for Bonham's says, "This is the first time that LaChapelle works of this scale have come to auction." The American photographer was discovered by pop artist Andy Warhol and was recently ranked one of the top ten most important people of his profession.

Britney Spears baby, Sean Preston, can already be a very good wage earner. The Britney Spears baby photos have been rumored to have a price tag of between $1-2 million. First, reports were that OK! Magazine was set to buy the baby pictures. Next a report said that People Magazine possibly would have the shots this week. Page Six reports that the pop tart and new mom Brit "freaked out" and decided (at least for now) not to use her baby as a money machine and has nixed the sale of the Britney baby photos. Richard Johnson: Britney Spears changed her mind about letting the world see her baby. The pop tart posed for studio shots with her new tot, Sean Preston Spears Federline, and hubby Kevin Federline last week in L.A. The pictures by Mark Liddel were supposed to go to People magazine for millions — but the next day, Spears "started freaking out," our insider said. "She started crying that she was selling out her baby and couldn't give up the pictures." A People rep said, "We have not purchased nor paid for any photos of Britney this week." Fans will be disappointed, but this is actually a refreshing move.

It has been revealed that Britney Spears is suffering from post natal depression or ‘the baby blues’. Spears gave birth to her new son Sean Preston a month ago and was recently seen strolling around Malibu showing off her new svelte figure with hubby Kevin Federline. However, according to US magazine Star People poor Britters is seriously “down in the dumps” and “cries at the drop of a hat”. Maybe she has just realised what she married… An ‘insider’ told the magazine: "She must feel totally overwhelmed. All of a sudden, she has this baby who relies on her for every single need." Well not every need…the ever reliable National Enquirer also reports that Britney has been “raging like a tyrant” at her two unlucky home nurses, they have subsequently walked out on the job leaving Britney and hangers on to cope alone. Kim Cattrall has recently talked about the reports describing her as the future godmother of Britney Spears baby son Sean Preston. Kim, who portrayed Britney’s mom in the 2002 film Crossroads, directed by Tamra Davis, was said to play an important role in baby Sean Preston’s life. RUMOR ALERT: National Enquirer reported that Britney is drinking and smoking again, chasing away the baby blues only three weeks after giving birth. Sources say the 23- year-old, who gained 40 pounds during her pregnancy with son Sean Preston, is miserable because she's overweight and stuck in the house recovering from her C-section. Worse still, the pop princess seems to be having trouble coping with her role as a new mom — and insiders say breaks into crying jags at the drop of a hat. Said one source: "I think Britney is having a very hard time right now. She hasn't lost the pregnancy weight and she's desperate to get back in superstar shape and resume her career. "She has turned to drinking wine to relax, washing away her stress." And while Britney had quit smoking when she became pregnant, the source said she's now smoking more than half a pack of Newport cigarettes a day, hoping it'll curb her appetite and help her lose weight. Said the source: "She feels sad, fat and is probably insecure about her mothering skills. She wants to be the perfect mom but gets easily freaked out if the smallest thing goes wrong. Britney's Song "Everytime" Being Auctioned Off

dotmuisc reported that Britney Spears fans are being given the chance to buy a seven per cent stake in one of her chart-topping songs at a cost of around £100,000. The share in "Everytime" has been put up for sale on auction website ebay by one of the holders of the copyright to the track, which appeared on 2003's "In The Zone" album. Music manager Adrian Adams bought his stake in the song, which was co-written by Britney herself, from Annette Stamatelos, who is also credited on "Everytime". Adams, speaking to Music Week, explained he was hoping to raise around £100,000 in the auction for the song, which was a UK Number One for five weeks. The bidding has started at £15,000. The successful buyer will be able to collect all the gold and platinum discs it earns, worldwide, alongside all future royalties, which currently stand at £30,000. Adams explained: "I'm selling my share in the song because I want to do other stuff with the money. "I thought it would be wonderful to offer this opportunity to the millions of Britney fans all over the world - people who would never normally be in a position to make this type of acquisition." People Magazine Wins Bidding War Over Britney Family Pictures

PageSix reported OK! Magazine paid Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher $3 million for the couple's grainy black and white wedding photos, but the British import has lost out in the bidding for Britney Spears' baby pictures of Sean Preston Spears Federline. OK! was said to have offered up to $2 million for exclusives of the whole family together - but has lost out to People magazine. A rep for People declined comment, but a rep for Spears said, "If this is true, they will probably donate the money to charity."

But now just a month after the birth of her baby several Britney Spears pictures show that she is well on her way to slimming down. Sky News Reports: Images of (Britney) out and about in Malibu - in hipster jeans - show she's well on the way to being a yummy mummy - just one month after giving birth. Her only bodge seems to be her trademark inability to keep her boobs in check - as her comfy maternity bra is on show for all to see under a flimsy top. But boobs aside, don't be surprised if you're seeing that washboard tum of hers again very soon. Brit wants her butt back "She is dying to be skinny again," a Brit source told Us Weekly. Brit reportedly was determined to have no more "fat" pictures taken but stepped out in Malibu over the weekend. And hey--she looks good. America's newest celeb MILF is using light workouts of swimming and walking until cleared to get into a full blown workout program with a personal trainer. The main goal, reclaim those killer abs and, according to the source, "to get her old killer butt back." I'm guessing her fans are thinking exactly the same thing.

Monster and Critics reported that an online joker has registered Britney Spears' son's name as a website - and is demanding $2million for it on eBay. The mystery joker has legally acquired the domain name seanprestonfederline.com and is now trying to sell it back to the pop beauty, and her husband Kevin Federline, on the popular internet auction site. At present, Britney is reportedly unaware of the stunt but the unusual sale is already attracting a host of bids.

MSNBC's Jeannette Walls cites In Touch and dishes in her online column the Scoop: The singer may have to return to work after the birth of her son soonerthan expected because her cash flow has been in mostly one direction — out — and some are blaming Kevin Federline. His latest venture is a multimillion-dollar dance school he's building with Michael Jackson's father, Joe. But an insider tells Life & Style weekly that Spears' ever-present mom, Lynne, may save the day. She has stepped in and is keeping a watchful eye on the couple's checkbook. The 23-year-old is hiring a team of nutritional and exercise experts to help her regain her shape and hopes to be back at the top of the charts by next spring. Britney Removes Her Bra Again

Britney Spears' jewel-encrusted bra has been taken down from eBay, but this time, it's Spears who made the decision. The bra was one of several items Spears had donated for an auction to raise money to help hurricane victims. She writes on her Web site she took down the listing because she was concerned it was being sold as something it's not. She says it's true she wore it for an HBO promotion, she did not wear it onstage during a "...Baby One More Time" performance. Bidding for the bra had reached $47,000. The auction of the bra had been removed from eBay once before when an eBay staffer decided it violated policy of not selling used undergarments. Meanwhile, the auction of her other things has ended. Her "I Have the Golden Ticket" shirt sold for $1,200. Her ottoman sold for $510, her Chanel high heels sold for $770, her two-piece sectional sofa for $3,050, and her red-tab jeans for $4,001.

Pop princess Britney Spears has recently confessed during an interview that she wants to keep her baby boy away from the media, because she wants him to have a normal life. Spears, 24, who gave birth to Sean Preston Federline last month, declared to Elle magazine that she doesn't want he baby to be famous or to become an entertainer like she is, especially at a young age, because it would traumatize him. Britney told the magazine: "Being an entertainer, especially starting at such a young age, you long to please people and become what they want to see." The singer also confessed that she hopes marriage and motherhood will help her stay in touch with reality and "not be influenced and manipulated so much." Meanwhile, Britney announced that she contacted toymakers Mattel to create dolls with her, Kevin Federline and her baby Preston, for her fans. Britney Spears is desperately trying to stop another stolen sex tape scandal hitting the headlines, it has reported. It's claimed a tape of Britney and Kevin getting jiggy with it has been stolen by one of the couple's entourage. Now the thief is threatening to sell the recording to the highest bidder and the new mum is apparently mortified at the prospect of being the next Paris Hilton or Pamela Anderson. The tape was allegedly recorded while Britney was still expecting baby son Sean Preston. During her pregnancy, Britney confessed her sex life was at its best. "I think it's the best. Sex is crazy good," she confessed. Britney also stunned viewers on her reality TV show Chaotic after she was shown begging Kevin for sex.

The jeweled bra Britney Spears wore while promoting an H-B-O concert special was taken off an e-Bay charity auction when a staffer decided it broke the Web site's policy of not selling used underwear. The policy is aimed at keeping away people with an underwear fetish. But e-Bay says the bra should've been listed as an entertainment collectible, not in the bra category. So, now the bra is back up for bid. At last check the top bid was more than 32-thousand dollars, which is higher than it was before the bra was removed. Proceeds will help hurricane victims in Mississippi.

Is there trouble in paradise for Britney Spears and her hubby? The couple has acknowledged rough patches in the early days of their marriage, and it looks like having a baby hasn’t helped things. The buzz is that Kevin Federline — who walked out on his pregnant girlfriend and child to be with Spears — isn’t taking too well to fatherhood this time around either. Since Spears brought home little Sean Preston, his dad has been “a real brat” — hitting golf balls, partying and chatting on the phone until well into the night, an insider tells Life & Style Weekly. Spears has reportedly complained that she’s “raising two kids now.” After one particularly nasty row, Federline moved into a friend’s house for three days, according to the mag. But Spears’ mom, Lynne, has reportedly come to the rescue and is helping the couple through its tough patch. Spears’ rep didn’t respond to The Scoop’s request for comment.

Britney Opens Closet to Help Storm Victims

MSN reported that you can wear Britney's bra, kick off her flip-flops and cuddle her toy bear -- all for charity. Britney Spears is holding a veritable garage sale, auctioning clothing, furniture and jewelry on the eBay auction Web site to raise money for the Mississippi Hurricane Recovery Fund. "This is a great opportunity to get some cool (and rare) Britney items while contributing to a very important cause!" says a posting on Spears' Web site. The 23-year-old pop singer was raised in Kentwood, La. Items include a white stone bra worn in one of her videos, a pair of blue-and-pink jeans with a pink suede buckle belt, and an autographed "I Have the Golden Ticket" burgundy tank top with an arrow pointing down. The tank top is similar to the light blue top a pregnant Spears wore to the premiere of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." Britney and Baby Forced from Home by California Wildfires

National Ledger reported that Britney Spears, hubby Kevin Federline and new baby Sean Preston were forced from their California home earlier this week due to the California wildfires, according to published reports. The new mom (Sean Preston was born on September 14) was one of many celebrities that had to pack up and bail as the fires approached homes in So Cal. Fire crews are currently working at a relentless pace to tame the flames. Only six structures, including three single-family homes, have been damaged or destroyed by the fire and some 2,000 others have been saved, fire officials said late Friday.
