The race is on to grab the very first photo of Britney Spears' baby and the paparazzi will go to any length to grab the first baby picture. As it appears, they will go to any height as well.
The first photos of the baby boy appear to come from a helicopter. The photos are blurry but the they show Britney's mother Lynne clearly holding the baby.
Check out the picture below though you can't see his face, I guess that will have to wait for the pictures from OK! magazine.

With 10 years of watching Web users search under its belt, The Lycos 50 has released a recap spanning from September 1995 through the week ending September 17, 2005.
Britney Spears (High: #1 for 4 weeks, Low: #17) -- Britney was the #1 most-searched term of 2000. Britney is super-popular online because she combines two trends, each of them driving search traffic. On one hand, she's a teen pop star. On the other hand, she's a beautiful woman whose image gets more scandalous each year. Put those two together, you have a lot of searches.
Britney ranked #4 in terms of searches in the past decade.

Monster and Critics reported that Britney Spears will reportedly ask 'Sex and the City' star Kim Cattrall to be her new son's godmother.
The sexy actress, who played raunchy Samantha in the hit show, has been friends with Britney since playing her mother in the movie 'Crossroads'. So the pop babe is keen for Kim to play an important role in baby Sean Preston's life.
A friend is quoted by Britain's News of the World newspaper as saying: "Britney loves Kim and will be asking her to be her godmother."
Last week, it was revealed Britney has signed a lucrative deal to show off her new baby with OK! magazine.
The new mum, who has now returned to her Malibu home with her baby son, will pose for family photographs and speak about the birth in an interview with the glossy celebrity magazine.
OK! boss Richard Desmond revealed: "We've got Britney and the baby this week." The pop babe, who is married to dancer Kevin Federline, is rumoured to have been paid around $1.5million for the interview and photos. |

Supermodel Heidi Klum and pin-up Jenny McCarthy are offering Britney Spears weight-loss advice, after the pop beauty welcomed her first child on Sept. 14.
Spears and her husband Kevin Federline became the proud parents of Sean Preston four days before their first wedding anniversary, and now the singer is receiving tips from the blonde beauties on regaining her figure.
Klum, who gave birth to her second child Henry just two days before Spears, says, "If you worked really hard before and don't go too crazy, you shouldn't have to work as hard afterward (to lose the baby weight)."
McCarthy stresses patience, explaining, "Most women who come up to me want to know about the weight and what to do to get it off. I tell them patience. (It takes) about a full year before you can fit back into your jeans. Patience."
Meanwhile, Jada Pinkett Smith offers Spears some very basic parenting advice, saying, "What makes a good mother is what works for your child - and every child is different...
"We all think there is a formula, (but) as long as we love our children, that's really the only solid thing I know that works across the board."
And Lindsay Lohan is even more straightforward in her advice for her fellow smoker: "Don't smoke cigarettes!" |

Less Than A Year, Kevin Already A Horrible Husband |

Britney Spears might be suffering from a touch of postpartum depression. Unlike Tom Cruise, we won't point the bony finger of blame unto Britney's possible vitamin deficiency or the absence of Scientology in her life. No. We're gong to blame it on her useless hubby, Kevin Federline. Now, if she is, indeed, "crying through the smiles," (as one friend told Life & Style Weekly), we feel for her. Having a husband with the IQ of a rock can't be helping things. Sure, she chose him, but still. You'd think at some point the nincompoop would grow up, right? But according to MSNBC.com, Britney, who is going through her post-C-section blues while worrying about getting her figure back, also was weeping because Federline forgot their anniversary, and tried to patch things up by buying Britney a sapphire "mother's ring." Probably with her money. We wonder if he bought Shar Jackson, the mother of his two other children, any "baby-mama" rings. |

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's new bundle of joy, Sean Preston Federline, is now safe at home in his new Malibu nursery, PEOPLE reports in its latest issue.
The magazine, on newsstands Friday, reveals more new details about Britney's delivery, as Spears and Federline showed up at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center early Sept. 14 with Spears's mom, Lynn, and sister Jamie in tow.
Originally, Britney had been scheduled for a C-section the next day, but the surgery was moved up after she began experiencing early contractions. With her husband at her side, Spears, 23, was wheeled into the operating room, and both parents were crying when the baby was born. Sean Preston weighed in at 6 lbs. 11 oz.
Federline, 27, who held his wife's hand throughout the operation, "was very affectionate toward her," says a source. After the delivery, the new mother was moved to the maternity ward's VIP suite, where, the source also says, "The baby never once left her side."
Now home in Malibu, Sean has a brand-new nursery in Mom and Dad's just-renovated, 9,000-sq.-ft. crib. And he already has a substantial wardrobe to supplement the gifts Britney got at her Aug. 6 Moroccan-themed baby shower.
On one visit to Kitson Kids on Aug. 2, "Britney was completely in baby mode," owner Fraser Ross tells PEOPLE.
Among her purchases: onesies and a cashmere sweater with a faux Mommy tattoo on the sleeve – to go with such gifts from friends and family as a pair of Yo My Booties angora booties, a tunic and a hat from an assistant and some T-shirts from a pal.
The message on the T's? What else: "Just Had a Baby." |

Interview with Early Lawyer for Britney, Steven Beers |

An excerpt from an interview with Steven Beers. He was one of Britney's early lawyers and was a partner with Larry Rudolph in the now defunct Rudolph & Beers law firm.
Can you name drop for a second…who are some of your clients, past and present? I’ve worked with incredibly talented and inspirational entertainers ranging from filmmakers like Michael Cuesta and Kirby **** to musical artists like Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, 'N Sync and more recently The Honey Brothers.
What did you do for someone like Britney Spears? We were her counsel and helped launch her career in conjunction with the record label, so there were some management functions involved. Ultimately at the end of the day, we were helping to build a business around an entertainer at a time when that was not the convention, but certainly it is today.
When and how did you meet her? We met her when she was 14. She had come to New York to get some training and to do some auditions. Someone who wanted to work with her attended a recording agreements class I was teaching and introduced her to my ex-partner and me.
Can you talk about the relationship you have with your clients. What are celebrities like to work with? Celebrities have expectations that are consistent with their reality. Their reality is in a different place than people like you and me, so there is an element of TLC but there’s also element where you have to manage the process and stay within yourself. My priority isn’t my business, it’s my family [three kids and a wife]. I try to manage a relationship from the beginning so the expectations are clear as to whether or not I’m going to fly to distant locations or stay up past my bedtime to accommodate a personality.

There is now speculation that the first picture of Britney Spears' baby, Sean Preston Federline, has been sold to OK! Magazine. "We've got Britney and the baby this week," OK! Magazine chief Richard Desmond told Access Hollywood.
At the end of Wednesday's show reporter Tim Vincent talked with the OK!'s editor to see if it was true that they landed the coveted Britney baby photo.
"Richard has told me you've got the pictures of Britney and her baby," Tim told OK! editor Sarah Ivens.
"Well, we love Britney, so you'll have to watch the space," she coyly replied.
"Well Richard Desmond has already told me," Tim insisted, hoping to squeeze some info out of her.
"Has he? He's a rascal," she smiled.
"Well, Richard's my boss so he can say that if he wants to."
Radar Online cites its sources that say that OK! Magazine has promised her $2 million for an exclusive cover shoot.
Radar:
“There’s a million-dollar bounty on that baby’s head,” says one veteran snapper. “Everyone wants that shot.” In response, we hear the newly deflated pop tart has taken extraordinary steps to keep her bundle of joy from their prying lenses—so she can sell the baby pics herself.
Sources say that OK! magazine alone has promised her $2 million for an exclusive cover shoot.
“Kevin gets 50 percent of all that money. Tabloid money is the only real money he ever makes,” says the source. Of course, if the paparazzi get there first, any windfall the couple has in mind would decrease significantly.
In other words, “Britney has to keep Preston under wraps if she wants the big bucks!”
Paparazzi are on the prowl. If Brit and Kevin want that cash you can expect to see the pictures soon. |

Britney Spears is reportedly home with her new baby. But already--yes already--rumors are flying that the new mom is unhappy. Britney gave birth on Wednesday September 14 to a healthy baby boy reportedly named Sean Preston Spears Federline.
A message on the Brit web site reads: "We are ecstatic to announce the birth of our son! Everyone is happy, healthy and doing wonderful. Thank you for all your love and well wishes!! Love Britney and Kevin."
So--why the buzz about the blues?
Jeannette Walls has "The Scoop:"
The buzz is that Spears has been moody since giving birth to her son.
“Brit’s mood has been up and down since she came home,” a Spears family friend told Life & Style Weekly.
“She’s been crying through the smiles,” adds the friend. Spears’ rep insists that she is doing fine.
Spears is reportedly worried about getting back her once-svelte figure, and is concerned that her cesarean scar won’t heal completely.
Walls also notes that there are reports "that hubby Kevin Federline almost forgot the couple’s September 18 anniversary — but made it up to her by buying a sapphire mother’s ring."
Brit is only 23 years old, she shouldn't worry, she'll snap right back into shape.

People reported that Britney Spears gave birth to a baby boy Wednesday at the UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica. In a statement to PEOPLE (originally posted on her site), Spears and husband Kevin Federline said: "We are ecstatic to announce the birth of our son! Everyone is happy, healthy and doing wonderful. Thank you all for your love and well wishes!"
Spears delivered the child via C-section. Federline was with her in the delivery room. No other details were immediately available.
The singer, 23, first announced that she was pregnant in April, saying, "The time has finally come to share our wonderful news that we are expecting our first child together."
Spears and Federline, 27, were married on Sept. 18, 2004, in a ceremony at a private home in Studio City, Calif. Shortly afterward, she told PEOPLE: "I want to be a young mom. I can see us as parents."
On Aug. 6, the singer celebrated her impending motherhood at a Moroccan-themed baby shower at her Malibu home with friends and family, including her mom and sister, as well as Federline's mother and his stepmother.
This is the first child for Spears. Federline has two children, Kori, 3, and Kaleb, 1, from a previous relationship with actress Shar Jackson. |

MTV News reports The news, which began circulating Wednesday afternoon, was confirmed by a posting on BritneySpears.com that says, "It's a boy! We are ecstatic to announce the birth of our son! Everyone is happy, healthy and doing wonderful. Thank you all for your love and well wishes!! Love, Britney & Kevin." According to an announcement from People magazine released Thursday morning (September 15), the baby — whose name has not yet been announced — was delivered via caesarian section at the UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica, California. Spears' husband, Kevin Federline, was in the delivery room with her.
Spears announced that she was pregnant in mid-April, posting on her Web site that the time had come "to share our wonderful news that we are expecting our first child together" (see "It's Official: Britney's Pregnant"). The singer kept her due date under wraps, though her sister, Jamie Lynn, let it slip on her own Web site that it would be in September. After that, her reps alluded to a September date, though they didn't specify exactly when she was due.
Just this past weekend, her reps also denied rumors that started circulating in the U.K. tabloids that Spears went into labor on Sunday. "Britney Spears has not given birth," her U.K. publicist David Frossman said at the time. "She's not even in hospital. The baby is due sometime in the next month."
At press time, Spears' representatives had not responded to requests for comment.
Spears told Elle magazine for its October issue that she'd prefer to have a caesarean section, and if that wasn't an option, "I'll be like, 'Epidural, please!' ... I don't want to go through the pain."
Federline already has two children with former girlfriend Shar Jackson: 2-year-old Kori and 1-year-old Kaleb. |

National Enquirer reported: Britney Spears is giving birth in Los Angeles. The singer is undergoing a C-Section which began at 7:30 am/PT. She arrived for surgery at 6 am/PT. More details to come!
US Weekly reported: It's a boy! Us Weekly is the first media outlet in the world to report that Britney Spears gave birth shortly before 1 p.m. Wednesday at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center, according to hospital sources. Us was there as Spears, 23, and husband/aspiring rapper Kevin Federline, 27, arrived at the hospital with a police escort shortly before 6 a.m. and medical staff whisked Spears into a birthing suite. According to hospital sources, Spears was wheeled into a delivery room about 12:15 p.m. and within minutes the first-time mother had delivered via C-section with Federline by her side. (A rep for Spears had no comment.)
As reported in the Us cover story now on newsstands, Spears experienced early labor contractions on Sept. 9 and then spent the next several days in much physical discomfort. ''Pregnancy has not agreed with her,'' a Spears pal told Us. ''She has been sick a lot.... She couldn't get out of bed all weekend.''
Although the couple has not yet legally named the baby boy, sources tell the magazine they had planned to name the child Preston Michael Spears Federline. The child is Federline's third (he has two children, Kori, 3, and Kaleb, 1, with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson).

Britney Spears was reportedly rushed to a hospital on Sunday night in Santa Monica, California. The reported dash quickly sparked rumors that the pop star had gone into labor. The UK Sun's front page screamed out: "Britney baby dash."
The Sun UK reports:
She was rushed to St John’s clinic in Santa Monica with hubby Kevin Federline by her side.
And last night US radio stations were claiming she had given birth, with Kevin in the theatre for the emergency delivery.
Her mum Lynne, little sister Jamie Lynn and close family members were said to be waiting outside, anxious for news.
So has Britney had her baby?
No--according to her publicist.
Sky's Showbiz page cites David Frossman - her publicist in the UK and reports that he has countered these reports by saying:
"Britney Spears has not given birth. She's not even in hospital. The baby is due some time in the next month."

Take this with a grain of salt, it came from The Sun, UK's largest tabloid.
Pop babe Britney Spears is going to have the world’s best dressed baby — decked out by her fashion pal Donatella Versace.
The singer got a call out of the blue from the legendary stylist offering to create the tot a complete wardrobe for free.
Donatella’s fashion firm designed the famous safety pin dress Liz Hurley wore at the 1994 premiere of Four Weddings And A Funeral.
Sources close to Britney and hubby Kevin Federline say they jumped at the chance of having their baby — due this month — dressed in designer gear.
A pal said last night: “Britney was over the moon when Donatella offered to make all the kid’s clothes.
“They have met a few times and mingle in the same circles, but Britney never expected such a generous offer.
“Britney and Donatella have a mutual friend in Madonna and Britney was very impressed by how Madge’s daughter was kitted out.
“She is hoping that her baby will be the trendiest since Madonna’s own daughter, Lourdes!”
Britney, 23, has told how she wants to call her son London if it is a boy — but says she doesn’t know the sex.
She added: “Isn't London pretty? And for a girl I love Addison Shye.”
Britney is already stepmum to Kevin’s two children from his first marriage. |

In a blizzard of Web postings on britneyspears.musictoday.com, fans have written that updates on Britney, contests, multimedia extras and other membership features are either missing or lackluster.
Although the site's manager, Musictoday, didn't return Star People's call, Britney's rep did say:
"Britney hasn't written a letter to the site lately as she's trying to get herself settled with the baby. But she loves writing her letters and will start again soon."
Britney's official site has a prayer from Brit for all of the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
That and a birth of a first child does seem a bit more important. |

the casino kings in Las Vegas might want Britney Spears — but she's not interested. Sources say the pop tart, who is expecting her first child later this month, was pitched a long-term Celine Dion-type show a few months ago by Sin City deal-maker Jack Wishna. He pointed out that mother and child could avoid the grind of touring. "We'll bring the fans to you, instead of you going to them," she was told. But a rep for Spears said: "Not true, there is no Vegas show in the works."

Pop princess Britney Spears is afraid of being mother. Only few weeks before giving birth to her first child, who is supposed to be a boy, Britney, 24, confessed she's really scared by the idea of being mother.
According to Contactmusic.com she said: "I've always known that I was going to have a baby one day. But there's times when I get a little scared. It's mind blowing to have a child.
I think it's kind of healing, too. Like, to your body. And therapeutic. All the secrets from your family come out of the closet for some reason.
But it's good. They have to come out sometime. You know what I mean? Just your needs and wants." |

Britney Spears is currently having another wedding ring made to replace her current one - because she wants a more uncommon diamond.
The pregnant Toxic singer, who will celebrate her first wedding anniversary with Kevin Federline on 18 September (05), says she's not the biggest fan of her current wedding band, so she's upgrading.
She says, "This isn't the real one... Because I don't - I like this one, but I'm getting a newer one that's even better.
"It's totally a real diamond. But it's not the final. I like this, but it catches onto everything.
"I want something that's not as pokey-outy. The one I'm getting is a little bit flatter. And it's just more of a rare diamond." |

Britney Spears credits marrying Kevin Federline with helping her to find her independence and distance herself from her parents' rollercoaster career plans.
The Overprotected hitmaker is thrilled with her newfound confidence and feels at ease with herself for the first time since she became famous.
And she believes being pregnant has helped her realise she can create any future she wants.
She says, "Having a child and getting married, it's going to help me not be influenced so much, or manipulated which can happen in a huge way."
Of her parents and management she says, "And they honestly do, and they mean well.
"But they don't. And it's a sticky thing because you love these people.
"The sad thing is they're usually the ones closest to you, and you have to completely separate yourself." |

Pregnant pop singer Britney Spears is planning to televise the birth of her baby in the next series of her reality TV show Britney and Kevin: Chaotic -- and she will donate all profits to victims of Hurricane Katrina in her native state of Louisiana.
TV networks are locked in a bidding war to raise a sum that would tempt the 23-year-old hitmaker to share her intimate moment later this year, with some offers reportedly hitting $9 million.
Despite previously rejecting the idea, the singer is now reconsidering because the lucrative sum could provide long-term aid for the victims of last week's natural disaster, which ravaged the Gulf coast.
"Britney has been horrified by what has happened in New Orleans, a source said to British newspaper the Sunday Star. "She's a good Louisiana girl and she loves her home state."
"She's not particularly keen on filming the birth, but with all this talk of money she had to stop and think about what she could do with it."
"Brit was digging into her pockets as soon as she realized the extent of what had happened and if telly cats want to swell her donation then so be it."
"All she's concerned about is that the program is tastefully done and she gets her privacy." |

Britney Spears has admitted that she is often left confused by her Kabbalah books.
The singer, who was introduced to the religion by Madonna, has insisted that she can still be devoted to the faith without understanding everything.
"I read the Kabbalah books and I meditate on them," Britney told Elle magazine. "They are all in Hebrew. I don’t understand everything. But it’s kind of OK that you don’t."
Spears also revealed that her husband Kevin Federline doesn't share her dedication to the cult.
"Kevin isn’t into it as intensely as I am," she added. "For some reason I’m thirsting for it. But he looks at the books every once in a while." |

The following is a editiorial piece that represents me and not anyone else at BritneySpears.Org:
I am still in disbelief of the lack of help that the government of the United States is doing for the victims of the hurricane. Yes I know that they can only do so much but there are people in desperate need of help. Why hasn't more celebrities, politicans, other countries, and others come out and help these people? Its time for everyone to start bringing up the questions why hasn't there more been done before now.
This is my cry out for people to donate to the Red Cross anything they can. I am donating my entire next paycheck to help out. |

Britney To Name Baby "London Preston" |

Sky reported that Britney Spears has a capital idea for the name for her new baby.
The singer - who is expected to give birth to a boy next month - was previously thought to be calling the baby Preston... but another UK city is now the preferred choice.
And the reason for the new name is very Posh and Becks...
Brit is keen to call the tot London because it was where she started her romance with dancer hubby Kevin Federline.
She said: "Ever since I was a little girl I thought, for a boy I love Sean Preston - or London Preston. Isn't London pretty? And for a girl I love Addison Shye. I think that's pretty."
Britney is due to give birth in October. But she cannot face the pain of a natural delivery after talking to her mum and is happy to have surgery instead.
She told Elle magazine: "I have a feeling I'm going to have an operation. I don't know why, but I hope so."
The chart topper claims she does not know the sex of her new baby... but she says she has a feeling it will be a boy delivered in a Caesarean birth.
She confessed the prospect of motherhood was frightening, but said that it had brought her closer to her family.
She said: "It's mindblowing having a child. And therapeutic - all the secrets from your family come out of the closet."
Britney added that Kevin, 27, who has two children from a previous relationship, was giving her plenty of support and would be in the delivery room.
She also said it had done wonders for the couple's sex life - saying: "Oh yeah! Right, oh my goodness, it's awesome, though. Wow!" |

Spears Sets Sights on Sin City? |

Britney Spears apparently doesn't have a grudge with Sin City.
Despite having a 2004 trip to Las Vegas resulting in a quickie marriage--and near instantaneous annulment--the pop star is in negotiations to become the next Celine Dion or Elton John, holding down a long-term residency at a casino resort.
Jack Wishna, the dealmaker at the center of the potential engagement, told E! Online Wednesday the pregnant pop star is interested in her very own Vegas show. "I met with Britney, her manager and her lawyers, and we are working on a deal to bring her to the Strip for 'X'-number of weeks in 2007-2008," he says. The venture consultant, who has successfully negotiated big-deal contracts for the likes of Wayne Newton, says a contract is in the works.
While Wishna would not reveal which casino is interested in signing up the "Toxic" singer, he says he is working with a "major Strip property."
"This particular property is looking for a big name that will take them to the next level in terms of entertainment, and Britney would certainly do that for them," he says.
There has been no immediate comment from the Spears camp, but the move would certainly make sense for the pop star, who lives a short flight away in Southern California.
Just as Dion decided to forgo the rigors of the road and focus instead on raising her children while she rakes in big bucks as the headliner at Caesar's Palace, the 23-year-old Spears could still perform without having to travel far from her soon-to-arrive child with hubby Kevin Federline.
Meanwhile, Spears has been logging long hours in a private studio near her new $7 million dollar home in Malibu, laying down tracks for her forthcoming new release, which is not yet titled and without a release date.
Earlier this year, Spears played a rough mix of a new song called "Mona Lisa" on a Los Angeles radio station and said the complete CD might be ready for release by this summer, which seems highly unlikely at this point. Two other tracks that may make the disc include "Ouch" and "Sippin' On"--both of which were recently added to the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers' (ASCAP) database.
And if Britney's Vegas deal doesn't pan out, Wishna has a back-up plan. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, he's also been trying to convince Madonna to book an extended stint on the Strip.
